Our company has a policy of not giving refunds for processed orders that were accidentally purchased by the customer.

The company is not responsible if for any reason you did not purchase the product you were considering and you wish to return it; therefore, it does not make total or partial cancellations.

Since our products are for intimate hygiene, that is, for sensitive use, they cannot be returned and a refund requested.

The company is not responsible if its location is not reliable and the product was stolen when it was marked as delivered.
