Returns

You have 30 days days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@chargegear.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, please securely package the item and include a copy of the original packing slip or receipt.

Customer Provides Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

No Restocking Fee

We understand that circumstances may change, and we want the return process to be as hassle-free as possible. Therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees.
