The mobile message service for ASCEND GLOBE (the "Service") is operated by ASCEND GLOBE LLC ("ASCEND GLOBE LLC," "we," or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to the text message/SMS service of ASCEND GLOBE LLC, you agree to receive recurring text/SMS messages with promotional and service-related content, including updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.) and promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from and on behalf of ASCEND GLOBE LLC via text messages through your wireless service provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or other technology.

You understand that you do not have to enroll in this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with ASCEND GLOBE LLC. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all messaging charges and fees imposed by your wireless service provider. The frequency of messages varies. Standard message and data rates from your wireless provider may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless service provider for more details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to text/SMS messages, including charges from your wireless service provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the keyword STOP to +1 (866) 386-0844. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other mobile messaging programs from ASCEND GLOBE LLC and wish to cancel, except as required by applicable law, you must opt-out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or phone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any message, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a short code or phone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for fulfilling requests made in such messages.

The wireless service providers supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile phone number, you must register for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent via the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any actions you may or may not take in reliance on the information or the Service.

SECTION 22 – SUBSCRIPTION

At ASCEND GLOBE, we offer our customers the option to subscribe to our products through automatic and recurring deliveries, according to the frequency and quantity selected at the time of purchase (the “Subscribe and Save” program).

1. Subscription Benefit

By subscribing, you receive an exclusive discount or benefit that is not available on one-time purchase.

2. Auto-Renewal

Payments are charged on the subscription start date and will automatically renew at the selected frequency (monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly), until canceled in accordance with this policy.

3. Minimum Commitment

Because you receive an immediate benefit upon subscribing, your subscription must remain active for at least three (3) orders. It cannot be canceled before this minimum commitment is fulfilled.

4. Subscription Cancellation

After completing the required three (3) minimum orders, you may request to cancel your subscription by emailing us at info@vinativcare.com.

  • Cancellation will only apply to future billing cycles.
  • No refunds will be issued for discounts or benefits already applied.

5. Renewal Notice

  • To avoid being charged for the next renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • If the cancellation request is made after the payment has been processed, only future orders can be stopped; no refunds will be issued for charges already processed.

6. Payment Method Updates

If your payment method changes, you authorize us to use the updated information to avoid interruptions in your deliveries.

7. Suspension or Cancellation for Non-Compliance

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription in case of non-payment or other violations of these terms.
